The AudioRev UNISON D-series of acoustic diffusors are intended for use in rooms where sound reflections that cause flutter echo and comb filtering need to be controlled, while maintaining the live intensity of the sound. When used correctly diffusors help a room sound larger and more open with improved sound clarity. This is done by scattering the sound over an expanded area rather than absorbing it.
The UNISON D-E is a patented, two dimensional, five octave, binary array diffusor. The range of the diffusor is extended over other designs by its unique angled end caps to further control specular reflections above 4 kHz. It improves sound clarity and increases the spatial response of the room acoustics.
The UNISON D-E can be painted on site to match or complement an existing color scheme using standard or textured paints. It is easily installed to a wall or ceiling using construction adhesive and mechanical fasteners.
